This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Goetz Galleries website for purposes of ordering products, making requests, and joining the mailing list to receive updates.  The types of personal information that may be collected are:

Credit card transactions are processed through an authorized online retailer, PayPal. PayPal provides Goetz Galleries billing to your credit card account and Paypal has their own privacy policy which relates to personally identifiable information gathered during a transaction. Use of Information:

The information you provide when placing an order will only be used to complete that order.  Goetz Galleries does not share or sell this information to outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order, such as for billing purposes through Paypal.

Email addresses provided for mailing lists, responses to questions or comments, etc, are not used for any other purpose and are not shared or sold to outside parties.

You can sign up for the Goetz Galleries mailing list to receive updates on new photos and specials. Placing an order and providing your email address will not automatically add you to the mailing list unless you choose to subscribe to it.

Goetz Galleries will never use, share, or sell the personally identifiable information provided online in ways unrelated to the ones described above under any circumstances. All information provided is used solely for the purpose of completing a transaction.
